When the order is placed successfully, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date according to the delivery address submitted by you but without any guarantee.

The estimated delivery time of your order will be within 3 working days from the date of your receipt of confirmation of acceptance of your order together with dispatch details.

Please note that delivery of the order(s) will be processed by third party carriers, so we do not guarantee the accuracy of the expected date of delivery. The actual delivery date may be longer than the estimated delivery date as mentioned.

We can deliver to commercial or residential addresses within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Hong Kong International Airport and all outlying islands). Delivery service is not applicable to locations that cannot be directly accessed by courier trucks.

For overseas addresses please contact us by info@aurum.com.hk for special arrangement.

In case there shall be any doubt, we reserve the right not to provide delivery services and to require you to collect your order at our physical store.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused when orders are left at the door or at the security/management office upon customer's request.

Basically, we offer free local delivery upon any purchase with a net transaction value of HK$300 or more.

For order less than HK$300, the delivery fee is HK$30 per order (subject to quantity ordered).

Some products may be subject to special delivery arrangements or dispatch times.
